Order at least five days in advance
Some complex items take a little longer to arrive. i.e. pre-ordered buffets.

Waitrose Delivery Charges
Free if you collect your items at your local store
£3 for delivery spending £50 or more
£5 for delivery under £50

Did You Know…Waitrose Entertaining, also provide little extras to make your special event complete.Flowers, fruit baskets, specia cakes (weddings, birthdays etc) and also a glass loan service.

Waitrose Prepare all Orders Individually
Waitrose prepare all food items to order. The reason they ask for 5 days notice is that everything on their site is only ever prepared in response to a customer order. Now that’s a personalised service that many of you will think fell by the wayside long ago!

Simply go to www.waitrosedeliver.com you can check if they deliver to your area by using the postcode selector tool on the home page.

In-a Waitrose branch: You can make a Waitrose Entertaining order in your nearest branch of Waitrose. To place an order simply visit the branch Welcome Desk or Customer Order Point.

Bear In Mind…
Waitrose ask for 5 days notice to prepare your order. Give them time to prepare your special order with the care it deserves. Also, some special items such as wedding cakes may need additional preparation time.

Glasses and Fish Kettles are available to borrow from Waitrose a service which is provided - Free!! Glasses are available for loan as follows: -
