Cheese Gromit? Stinking Bishop has achieved worldwide fame as the preferred cheese of everyones favourite animated dog. We all agree wholeheartedly with him for the characteristics of this cheese are absolutely second to none.
We reckon that this cheese has bags of star quality of its own. It’s the equivalent of a Latour and comes complete with an extreme pong warning – not one for those uninitiated in the world of cheese eating. We think everyone should try this once, washed in Moorcroft perry (a pear based cider) it’s an absolute taste sensation. The soft texture belies the strong taste, which doesn’t quite live up to the promise contained in it’s name – it’s actually incredibly taste! Made in Gloucestershire this is a 500g whole circular cheese in a wooden case.
