Sparkenhoe Red Leicester Cheese

Sparkenhoe will please fans of traditional Red Leicester flavours. Sporting a fabulously nutty taste, this rather legendary cheese is made to an old recipe that has been followed for an incredibly long time.

Unlike many processed cheeses the orange dye from which it gets its rich orange hues is completely natural and sourced from a South American Bush. Six months maturing ensures that Sparkenhoes taste does not disappoint. A firm texture and gentle flavour create a very pleasing Red Leicester that is a credit to David and Jo Clarke and their handmade cheese company. This will come as a wrapped 1kg wedge from a large 10kg to 20kg wheel.
